Shop Policies
• If your item does not fit due to no fault of my own then I’m happy to fix it for you if you send it back to me and pay for postage.
• If your item does not fit due to my error then I will fix it free of charge and will cover postage.
• If you are buying assistance dog or working dog gear from me then I require video proof of the dog working and will ask two questions (Is your dog an assistance dog? What tasks are they trained to preform?) If you fail to provide sufficient evidence I will issue a full refund if you have already paid and the product will not be made.
• My products can not be sold on for profit.
• I have the right to refuse service.
• I will only offer full refunds on products that have not already been started/made.
Donated Gear Scheme
Please note that these are fulfilled as and when I can between orders and my Animal Behaviour and Welfare FdSc.

Donated gear cannot be sold on for profit and must be returned to me or passed on to another team in need if you no longer require it. (There is a Facebook group called 'Assistance dog gear for those in need' which can be utilised).
This scheme is for those who cannot afford full price gear for their assistance dog or assistance dog in training. What gear you require will be discussed when your name is next in the list.
Failure to reply within one week of me messaging you will have you taken off the list and you will have to reapply.
